Children and Youth - Counselling

Our counselling sessions with children and youth offer a safe, respectful space for young people to express themselves, process their emotions, and build tools for coping with life’s challenges. Through age-appropriate approaches—whether play, creative expression, or talk therapy—we support children and teens in making sense of their thoughts and feelings, strengthening their sense of self, and developing healthier ways to relate to themselves and others. Sessions are guided by trained practitioners who work closely with families while always centring the voice and experience of the young person
Monthly Group Coaching and Check-In

Monthly coaching — a space for real conversations, shared experiences, and expert-led guidance.
Held once a month, these sessions bring parents and caregivers together in a warm, welcoming environment to explore the ups and downs of parenting. Each group is facilitated by a qualified practitioner and focuses on relevant, timely topics grounded in gentle, evidence-based approaches.
Expert-facilitated discussions on key parenting themes. Practical tools to support emotional connection and communication. A supportive circle of parents walking similar paths. Space to ask questions, share stories, and feel heard.
Whether you’re looking for strategies, solidarity, or simply a moment to pause and connect, our monthly groups are here for you.
Psychological Assessment and Support

Our psychological assessment and support services help children, youth, and families better understand emotional, behavioural, or learning challenges through a thoughtful and thorough process. Assessments are conducted by qualified professionals and may include cognitive, emotional, or developmental evaluations tailored to each individual’s needs. We believe that assessments should be empowering—not just diagnostic—so we work closely with families to make sense of the findings and provide practical recommendations, follow-up support, and referrals where needed. The goal is to guide next steps with clarity, care, and confidence.
