These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by The Practitioners Collective (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, seminars, counselling sessions (online and onsite), consults, and related offerings. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

 

1. Services Provided

We offer:

  • Parenting seminars (online and onsite)

  • Counselling and coaching sessions

  • Free preview sessions and 15-minute consults

  • Packages and customised service bundles

  • Access to digital content and community engagement tools
     

2. Booking and Payment
  • Bookings must be made via our official website, approved platform, or directly with our team.

  • Payment must be made in advance for all services unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payment via [insert accepted payment methods, e.g., PayNow, credit card, PayPal].

  • All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
     

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Counselling Sessions: Must be cancelled/rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Late cancellations may incur a fee or be counted as a used session.

  • Seminars/Workshops: Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the event. Refunds may be issued at our discretion.

  • Packages: Once a package is purchased, it is non-refundable but may be transferable to another family member (upon approval).
     

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

We are committed to confidentiality in all therapeutic and advisory relationships.

  • All personal data will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

  • Counselling session content remains confidential unless required by law to report (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, abuse, or legal subpoena).

  • The team at Practitioners Collective has a Duty to Report and breach confidentiality in accordance to ethics as set by SAC
     

5. Code of Conduct

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

  • Treat our practitioners and other participants with respect

  • Maintain confidentiality of shared stories or discussions in group settings

  • Refrain from recording any sessions or seminars without explicit written permission

  • Use our website and services for lawful and respectful purposes
     

6. Disclaimers
  • Our seminars and counselling are designed to support—not replace—professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

  • Results may vary depending on individual circumstances, and we make no guarantees of specific outcomes.

  • While we strive to keep our website and content up to date, we make no warranties regarding accuracy or completeness.
     

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Practitioners Collective shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services

  • Delays, cancellations, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control

  • Loss or disclosure of personal data due to unauthorised third-party access, despite reasonable security measures
     

8. Intellectual Property

All materials shared during seminars, counselling, or on our website (including PDFs, recordings, handouts, slides) remain the intellectual property of The Practitioners Collective unless otherwise stated.


You may not reproduce, share, or distribute these materials without prior written consent.
 

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if you:

  • Breach these Terms

  • Disrupt sessions or events

  • Engage in harassment or misconduct toward practitioners or other participants
     

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, escalated to the appropriate Singaporean courts or mediation channels.
 

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
