Refund Policy

At The Practitioners Collective, we strive to offer high-quality services that meet the needs of the families and individuals we support. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to handle refunds and cancellations fairly and transparently.

1. General Policy

Refunds are available under specific conditions as outlined below. Refund requests must be made in writing to contact@practitionerscollective and will be processed within 14 business days upon approval.

2. Counselling Sessions

Single Sessions (Online or Onsite)

  • $50 pre-payment is required for booking of all counselling sessions (online or onsite), Prepayment is not refundable.

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
     

15-Minute Introductory Consults

  • These are free and non-refundable. Rescheduling is encouraged where needed.
     

3. Parenting Seminars / Workshops

Paid Seminars (Online or Onsite)

  • Cancellations made 3 working days before the seminar start time are eligible for a full credit towards a future seminar.

  • No refunds for no-shows or cancellations after the event has started.
     

Free Preview Sessions

  • These are free of charge. No payment = No refund required.
     

4. Packages (Counselling or Multi-Session Programmes)
  • Packages (e.g., 4-session, 6-session, or multi-week series) are non-refundable once partially used.

  • Unused sessions may be rescheduled or transferred to a family member, with written notice.

  • In exceptional cases (e.g., medical or family emergency), partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
     

5. Digital Products or Resources (if applicable)
  • Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., downloads, recordings, PDFs), all sales are final and non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
     

6. Event Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that The Practitioners Collective cancels or postpones a service (e.g., seminar or session):

  • You will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule or credit toward future services.

  • We are not responsible for other costs you may have incurred (e.g., transport or childcare).
     

7. How to Request a Refund

Please email us at contact@practitionerscollective with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Service(s) purchased

  • Date of original booking

  • Reason for refund request
     

We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
 

8. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions or offer discretionary refunds where appropriate (e.g., unexpected emergencies, compassionate grounds). These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
